Within 72 hours of admitting to our center you will be contacted by one of our Admission team members to arrange an appointment to complete your Admission paperwork. We will cover the California Standard Admission Agreement, explain your insurance benefits and verify information related to your admission at our center. The Admissions office is located right off the Main Lobby through the double doors. You are welcome to stop by to schedule an appointment or to bring the documents listed below for us to copy.
